All artwork must arrive ready to hang. This means: matted, framed, and wired, labeled with your name and phone # on the back.

Small pieces such as jewelry need to be ready for display. You are responsible for all props and display items with which to enhance your artwork. If security is concern for small pieces (jewelry) display them in locked cases.

In lieu of an entry fee or administrative processing fees, the Center for Spiritual Living request that all artists return a 10% tithe of all sales to the Center within a week of the sale.
All sales, including exchange of monies and artwork, will be solely handled by the artists themselves, or an appointed representative. All tithes will be given to the Center for Spiritual Living by the artist in the form of a tax deductible donation. All transactions must be completed no later than September 10, 2017.
I understand that all artwork will be handled with due care, however I agree to hold harmless CSL, its staff, and volunteers in the unlikely event of theft or damage.
