Bring Your Intentions to Life! A 2-Day Workshop with Rev. Barbara Novak

Hello Intention Workshop Participant,

I’m looking forward to the Intentions Workshop this coming Friday and Saturday and excited that you have chosen to engage in creating your Intentions for 2014. The workshop is designed to assist you in using spiritual principles to form your intentions and expand your life into your next greatest yet to be!   We have a team of people who are ready and inspired to support you. We will let go of blocks, create a many intentions important aspects of your life, open to greater possibilities and create a follow through plan. The tools you’ll receive will be useful for you following through in intention setting in more areas of your life. I look forward to seeing you soon!

In order to get the most out of this retreat, I recommend the following:

• Be open.  Don’t come in with a “plan” for your year.  You may bring some ideas; however, to make the most of this you’ll want to be open to new ideas, Spirit’s guidance, and other’s support.
• Be on time – we start at 7:00 PM on Friday and 10:30 AM on Saturday.  Registration will be open at 6:15 on Friday night. We will be there to greet you in the lobby of the Celebration Hall for registration.
• You’ll receive a 90+ page workbook.  You may also want to bring a journal or pad of paper to write on.  Also, bring a pen/pencil and some colored pencils, markers or crayons if you’d like.
• Wear relaxed, loose fitting clothes, in other words dress comfortably.
• Bring an altar item to help create a community altar.  I recommend something that reminds you to be expansive, new, creative and fresh.  It can be large or small.  You will take it back home with you.
• We will have a one hour working lunch break on Saturday (i.e. you will have a topic to talk with others about.)  Please bring lunch.
• We’ll have the heat on, but if you are heat/cold sensitive, we recommend you dress in layers and bring a blanket. 
• We will be there to greet you in the Celebration Hall lobby in front of the registration desk.
• The retreat ends at 9:00 PM Friday and 4:30 PM Saturday.
