1 Bedroom VIP Cabin - SOLD OUT
Our VIP mountain cabin is located at the top of the property featuring gorgeous views of the forest covered mountains. This cabin is spacious and secluded for extra privacy. It features 1 king sized bed a private deck, a fireplace for cozy nights as well as a soaking tub with beautiful views.
 

Single Occupancy: $5500

Double Occupancy: $4000 per person (couple)

1 Bedroom Private Cabin 
Our 1BR private cabins feature 1 queen bed and private ensuite bathroom. Two of the cabins are located close to the river so you can hear the soothing sounds of the water flowing by. The third cabin has a beautiful garden view and extra privacy. These cabins are perfect for solo guests or couples who want privacy.

Single Occupancy: $5000

Double Occupancy: $4000 per person (couple)

2 Bedroom Semi-Private Cabin 
The 2BR cabins are the most spacious cabins, complete with 2 separate/private bedrooms each featuring a queen sized bed. They have a spacious shared living room space, large deck with beautiful forest/garden/mountain views and a shared bathroom. These cabins are perfect for 2 guests who want a private bedroom but the community of a shared living room.

Double Occupancy: $4500 per person

1 Bedroom Shared Cabins 
The 1BR shared cabins feature a spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds and shared ensuite bathroom. They come with a furnished deck with forest/garden views, a writers desk and coffee station. These cabins are perfect for friends or 2 guests who want to have their own private bed but share a bedroom.

Single Occupancy: $5000

Double Occupancy: $4000 per person

If you are the last registrant where the other bed is not able to be sold, you will be subject to the single occupancy price. Travel Tip: Find someone to travel with and book your reservations together.
 

Flights & Airport Transfers

Please book your international flight to San Jose International Airport (Airport code: SJO).

Arrival Day: Sep 16, 2026

Our private ground transportation will depart from SJO international airport at 2:00PM on the arrival day of your retreat. Please account for time to go through customs and immigration. This process can take as little as 15 min and as much as 2.5 hours depending on the day at the airport and how busy it is. It is recommended to choose a flight that gets to San Jose early (no later than 12:00PM). After you exit the airport, we will have a representative waiting for you with an Imiloa sign, and the representative will guide you to the domestic terminal (5 minutes walking distance from the international arrivals) where you will wait with the rest of your group for departure at 2:00PM.

If you are already in Costa Rica you will simply need to show up at the domestic terminal entrance at 1:30PM. The domestic terminal is very small and you will have no problem meeting our representative and the rest of your group here.

Departure Day: Sep 21, 2026

On departure day, you will arrive back at the San Jose international airport around 11:00AM. For connecting international flights, we recommend 1:00PM onward.

Please note:

• If you do not arrive in time for your scheduled transportation we can still assist with your transport, but you will be responsible for any extra cost incurred.
• If you choose not to utilize the method of transportation provided for your retreat to/from Verdesana Campus you are responsible for the cost of alternate/ground transportation.
   

Early/Late Accommodation

If you need an overnight stay either before or after your retreat we recommend staying in one of the following hotels:

Hilton Garden Inn La Sabana

Located 25-30 mins from SJO airport, walking distance to the La Sabana park, National Stadium, and nearby restaurants. This hotel is a good choice if you would like to explore a bit of San Jose and city surroundings, just be mindful of travel time and transportation options to/from SJO airport.

Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen

An upscale Marriott hotel, located approximately 10 min from SJO airport. We recommend this hotel if you prefer to have a nice property experience and want to be close to the airport.

Hampton Inn Airport Hotel

For a more economical option you may stay at the Hampton Inn located right across the street from the airport. They have a free shuttle between the airport and the hotel included in your stay.

Hotel Alta Las Palomas
Hotel Alta Las Palomas is located 30-40 mins from SJO airport in Santa Ana. It is a beautiful and contemporary hotel with quality service and great accommodations. Option to add on transportation and meals to your room booking, reach out directly to the hotel for details on this.
 

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

There is a $1,000 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required to reserve your spot.

The balance, minus the $1,000 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit paid upon registering, is due by no later than Sun, Aug 23, 2026.

Refunds for cancellations will be determined based on the total price of your retreat package(s) and extras, minus the $1,000 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit paid upon registering, minus any additional funds needed to cover non-refundable/non-transferable deposits and/or cancellation fees CSL Seattle incurs from the vendor. A portion of the cost of the retreat package may be transferrable, at the discretion of CSL Seattle, to another participant of this retreat only, but is not guaranteed. 
 

If you choose to make payments and need to cancel before you have completed your payments, your refund will still be calculated based on the total of your retreat land package and extras and in some cases you may still owe money to CSL Seattle.

CSL recommends the purchase of travel insurance that includes cancel for any reason coverage. Verdesana by Imiloa recommends Global Rescue for travel to Costa Rica.

Terms of Travel

Seattle Center for Spiritual Living (“CSL”), a recognized 501(c)(3) religious non-profit, is arranging a retreat trip for interested parties in Costa Rica on September 16-21, 2026. In the past CSL has had an arranged travel tour cancelled due to elevated security risks and pandemic restrictions. In today’s uncertain world it is possible that this retreat may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond CSL’s control. CSL therefore asks that you consider and agree to the following before making a deposit for this retreat.
 

1. I am eighteen (18) years of age or older.
2. I am physically able to complete this travel.
3. I recognize that CSL is NOT a “seller of travel” as defined in RCW 19.138.021(6).
4. I realize that CSL is arranging the retreat experience directly through vendors in Costa Rica and will pay to the vendors necessary deposits from the funds I pay to CSL. I understand the deposits might not be refundable in the case of a cancellation no matter the circumstances.
5. I recognize that circumstances beyond the control of CSL such as a pandemic, an act of terrorism, or the U.S. State Department canceling all American flights to or from Costa Rica might require a postponement or cancellation of this retreat.
6. I agree to hold CSL harmless if the retreat is cancelled for reasons outside CSL’s control. Although I know that CSL will do everything in its power to obtain refunds on my behalf, I will not hold CSL liable for any refunds not received.
7. I understand that if CSL cancels the retreat for its own convenience then I will be due a full refund.
8. I understand that there is a minimum $1,000 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit due at registration.
9. By registering I am agreeing to the financial and time deadlines as spelled out above.
10. I agree that CSL shall not be obligated to refund any cancellation penalties imposed by the vendor with whom the services were arranged.
11. I understand that I am responsible for verifying and completing all entry requirements to Costa Rica based on my individual arrival and departure dates and my individual nationality.
