Sunday Celebration Service - The Power of Intention

05/10/2026 09:00 AM - 11:00 AM PT

Description

Join us in person or online from our Watch Live page, or YouTube, at 9 & 11am.

May theme: Life was meant for expression: accepting Divine Vitality

When Spirit is recognized as the operating principle of our lives, we become more engaged with life in healthy and energetic ways. We rediscover the curiosity and enthusiasm we thought we lost or never had.

Join us as we reveal the CSL Seattle New Minister Sacred Covenant, emerging from our collective listening and shared spiritual work.

“A Sacred Covenant is the way that we are able to make the ‘Word of God’ active in our lives. It is created by revealing the highest aspirations that lie hidden within our souls. Ultimately, it describes the way that the ‘Will of God’ wants to express itself through us.”

Come be part of the “two or more” as we take a stand to declare how we see our relationship with our new minister unfolding through purpose, promise, intentions, and vision. It is a powerful experience.

Talk Title:  The Power of Intention

Carlos Castaneda writes, “In the universe there is an immeasurable, indestructible force which shamans call intent, and everything that exists in the entire cosmos is attached to intent by a connecting link.”

When we rest into this truth, we begin to sense that our highest intentions are always rooted in love—unselfish, expansive, and inclusive by nature. As we gently release our attachment to goal-driven striving, something beautiful unfolds. We shift from trying to acquire and possess, into a life inspired by expression, Presence, and offering.

The human personality often asks, “What can I get?” But the spirit quietly wonders, “What can I give? What longs to be created, shared, and expressed through me?” This is why a spiritual life is not something we achieve, but something we embody through intention. Each loving intention becomes a doorway through which life can move.
