Spring Equinox Sound Ceremony with Irene Ingalls

Center for Spiritual Living Seattle is delighted to host Irene Ingalls and Karen Knight of Seattle Sound Temple for this evening of sound meditation for the Spring Equinox.
Irene will be playing a variety of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and gongs while Karen Knight moves through the room with handheld gongs, bells and chimes.Join us as we honor the change of seasons, while nurturing yourself in a sea of sacred sound. We will be in a large, carpeted room, but you may want to bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and pillow. We also recommend eye pillows or a scarf to place over your eyes for even deeper relaxation.
Chair seating will also be available.
