Waking up to Possibility: An Expressive Arts Workshop

03/22/2026 01:15 PM - 03:15 PM PT

Description

When we gather in community with sincerity and a shared desire to enact care, we catalyze each other and open creative doors. Everyday we can choose to invite in possibility and respond to the world in novel, life-giving ways. However, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, avoidant, or stagnant if we are trying to do too much in isolation. Through using the tools of art-making, embodied sensing, personal reflection, and community dialogue, we'll aim our collective creative energy towards what each person deeply cares about. When we genuinely want the best for each other, we establish an environment of generosity that makes the previously impossible feel workable. It opens unexpected paths, frees up valuable ideas. It helps us put down what hasn't been working and be brave enough to discover what else is here. Bring what's on your heart and goodwill towards your community.
