Explore a simple, experiential practice to help deepen inner awareness and stillness.
In honor of Valentines Weekend and Love as our theme, this in-person event is a seminar and meditation about Heartfulness Meditation. It starts with 15 minutes of piano and flute/vocal music, followed by a description of how Heartfulness Meditation works along with the actual meditation.
At the end will be a question-and-answer period as well as sharing.
