There’s a song with the lines, “I am free, I am unlimited, there are no chains that bind me.” That’s a beautiful sentiment and something to aim for. However, many people feel limited or bound by other people‘s prejudices and opinions, or even feel chained to their lack of self-worth. As we celebrate our nation's Declaration of Independence, let's also declare our independence from inner and outer limitations. Remember, as an expression of the One Life, our spirit is free and unbounded.
