Yoga with Live Music + Soundscape Journey + Kirtan with Rob and Melissa and MJ Daniels

We are collaborating with our dear friend MJ Daniels for an uplifting 2 hour practice that begins with a slow flow all-levels yoga class taught by MJ and Melissa, set to live music by Rob in the gorgeous CSL sanctuary.

 

The asana class will be followed by an epic, collaborative Soundscape Journey led by MJ Daniels.  
Then a festive community potluck dinner break before we come back together for our Monthly Kirtan Celebration, joined by Janell Hartman on Djembe, Meghan Hohertz on kartals and YOU on vocals.

 

PS. Feel free to bring a vegetarian dish to share for the potluck!  (Downstairs in the dining room at CSL from 5:30-7pm)

 

PPS. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props that you need, as we are unable to provide these for this event.
