Autumn Equinox Sound Ceremony with Irene Ingalls

Irene will be playing all 36 of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and gongs while Karen Knight moves through the room with handheld gongs, bells and chimes. When we gather in the intentional vibrational sound field of gratitude the experience is beyond words. We will be in a large, carpeted room, but you may want to bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and pillow. 

We also recommend eye pillows or a scarf to place over your eyes for even deeper relaxation.
