Take a busy winter’s pause and give yourself a gift of presence at a half-day retreat of yoga, sound healing, and kirtan together in sacred community.
It begins with a delicious slow flow all-levels yoga class set to live music, followed by an epic, collaborative Soundscape Journey. This sound bath/meditation/inner exploration is a new offering and should not be missed. There will be a quick dinner break before a monthly Kirtan Celebration, joined by a full band featuring Djembe, kartals, and bass. Feel free to bring a vegetarian dish to share a potluck style meal together. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props needed.
