'So You Want to Talk About Race' Book Study

     

Join us to help make good on of our foundational tenants - Oneness. In this book study, we will better understand what gets in the way of that, work towards healing our “race” consciousness, and open to greater diversity, equity, & belonging for our community.

 

Together we will use the Discussion Guide provided in "So You Want to Talk About Race" to help facilitation our discussion of the book, and to encourage us to reflect on how the material shows up in our own lives and how it pertains to our community.

About the Facilitators:

 

Edan Zebooloon is a trained therapist and has either facilitated or assisted in several group experiences such as men’s groups (one based off of Brene’ Brown’s Daring Greatly material), couples retreats, and therapy trainings, and other similar book study groups. Edan serves on the CSL Seattle Board of Trustees and the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee. 

 

Rub Romero holds a Master’s in Digital Business with minor in Communications and a Bacherlor's in Communication and Sociology. Rubi has over 20 years of leading and facilitating groups, national and international conferences in various areas, classes for CSL Latin-America. She also providing Mindfulness and Meditation workshops and session to big and small audiences, and facilitates Fishbowls for book authors at Amazon, which includes reading the book and asking questions about the book.
