February - Love Between Equals: Relationship as a Spiritual Path by Polly Young-Eisendrath, PhD

 

Are you willing and ready to have relationships that work as a partnership between equals – a team united by love and shared values? Whether it is a relationship with a parent, child, close friend or an intimate partner, we will discuss the intention and work required for deep relationships, and how mindfulness and communication can help to ease the process. A current intimate relationship is not required to benefit from this workshop.

You will also have access to Karen’s corresponding weekly recorded guided meditations for use at your convenience.  

Attendance to all sessions is encouraged!
