Meditation & Inspiration
Spend time centering in meditative spiritual practice including silent contemplation, meditative chanting and prayer before diving into practice together. We’ll use our theme of the week to explore the practical application of universal spiritual principles.
This weekly, hour-long experience is the perfect opportunity to mindfully transition from the weekend into the coming week. We’ll start with 15 minutes of mindfulness and spiritual practice followed by a talk, and interactive exploration of spiritual ideas.
