Description
The Soul's CodeThomas Moore’s mentor, James Hillman, wrote the bestseller The Soul's Code. In that landmark book he proposes that our life-calling and basic character is inborn and archetypal. Our central mission in life is to realize those instinctive archetypal imperatives, sometimes called "living your own myth". He called this process the "acorn theory" — the idea that our lives are formed by a particular image unique to each of us, just as the oak's destiny is contained in the tiny acorn.
