Description

April 22 - 29   Debunking the Myths of Collaboration
Presented by:  Kellie LaRue

Collaboration or working in partnership is a mandatory business practice.  Whether it is with your colleagues, customers or competitors, we are in a dance of collaboration and partnership.  In this dance each party brings a set of expectations, experiences and a world view. These differences are what creates the possibility for a greater success than either one alone could accomplish.

The need for collaboration and partnership is created from the gap between expectations and outcomes in the dance of business. Each dancer brings a set of expectations based on their unique experiences and a world view. They likely won’t match.

The beauty is that the differences between each dancer’s expectations and view creates the space where greater success is possible.  A space that Spirit can work to bring forth something beyond what any single dancer in the dance of business could accomplish.

Kellie will be working with us to become clear in our part of the dance of business. So clear in our part (our expectations and communication,) that it will be easy for their part to express.  The differences will still be there and now the differences will be creative.
