An Evening with Thomas Moore

Soul is not a thing, but a quality or a dimension of experiencing life and ourselves.
Thomas Moore, Care of the Soul: A Guide for Cultivating Depth and Sacredness in Everyday Life

Center for Spiritual Living - Seattle is thrilled to host renowned author and modern mystic, Thomas Moore, for this very special  evening lecture and discussion. His bestselling book, Care of the Soul, is considered by many to be essential reading for those on any spiritual path.

What is the importance of soul in the secular world?

How does caring for one’s soul help our modern, ever changing, sometimes challenging and complex lives?

Mr. Thomas will share his insights, and answer your questions, about soul and spirit in everyday life, and about the importance of developing one’s own spiritual practices in this time of radical diversity and change.

This evening offers a profound opportunity to explore the role of our individual spirituality in caring for one’s soul, and the need for soul in the secular world.

To be human and to contribute to a more humane world we need to learn about the soul, about our depth and the precious vitality inherent in the world itself and in all its particulars.
