Becoming aware of these aspects of ourselves, and their needs, is the beginning of an important healing journey which can create profound shifts. Deepen your awareness, discover beliefs you’re holding, and bring a new perspective about the feminine and masculine, as you create more peace and resourcefulness within.

This is an experiential, workshop of self-discovery designed for individuals regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. Couples are also welcome.
