The Future of Wellbeing with Deepak Chopra

Firstly, thank you for purchasing tickets to this momentous event. East West Bookshop and Center for Spiritual Living Look forward to creating a first-class experience for all attending. Below is some helpful info for your visit.

Location
The Deepak Chopra event is being held in the Celebration Hall at Center for Spiritual Living, 5801 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle.

Parking
If you arrive before 6pm and there is space available, please feel free to park on campus. We estimate that all on-campus parking will be claimed by 6pm and possibly earlier. Have no fear, we have an easy and effortless solution: please see free shuttle info here (Clicking this link will download a PDF). As the map indicates, there is an overflow lot at 70th and Sand Point Way NE at the Children's Hospital Administrative Building (not at Children's hospital!). There are 3 shuttles running constantly so there is very little wait time. Shuttles will begin running at 6pm. If you are arriving anytime after 6pm, yes even 6:01, please do yourself the favor of parking at or near the alternate parking lot and catching a shuttle back to CSL. Shuttles will begin running promptly after the event has finished and run until 11pm with the last call around 10:48. If you have parked off campus, please make sure and be on the shuttle before they cease to run for the evening.

Tickets
We will have two ticket counters. One at the North entrance of CSL's Celebration Hall and another toward the South entrance for those who are arriving via Shuttle. This will make getting your wristbands and books, and eventually your seats, very easy. All tickets are Will-Call; if you have printed yours it is fine however unnecessary. When you walk up to the ticket counter, state your last then first name, you will be given wristbands and books for all the tickets in your party and checked off, ready to find your seat. Every person entering and re-entering Celebration Hall will need to make a concerted effort to show their wristband on their wrist to an usher. Please do not take this off for the duration of the event, if yours needs re-adjusting, please see one of the registration specialists and they will assist you.

Seating
We will open up doors for receiving tickets and seating at 5:30pm. General seating is everything on the ground level with the exception of VIP seating and balcony seating with the exception of the far upper right hand side, which is reserved for those who are volunteering night of. Every seat in the hall is very good and the sound is excellent. If you or someone who is in your party should need an amplified hearing device, please email tickets@eastwestbookshop.com and let us know so we can give you further instruction. We will also have ASL interpretation Services on site for this event. Please also email tickets@eastwestbookshop.com if this is a necessity for you or a member of your party.

Book Signing
Deepak Chopra has agreed to hold a book signing after the evening's lecture and it will begin within 10 minutes of the lecture's end. To accommodate the majority of attendees present who wish to have their book signed, we ask that the line form beginning at center stage, snake down from the North steps (the ones with no musical instruments obstructing them and continue to form along the front of the stage on the ground and as far back as the south wall. For those who wish not to wait, there will be a limited number of book plates available which will be handed out at the East West Bookshop product table only after the Lecture is over. Once these pre-signed book plates are gone, they will be gone.
