This class features Trudy James' Speaking of Dying video and the 5 Wishes Living Will, a legal Advance Healthcare Directive document in Washington State, that helps you express your wishes in areas that matter most — the personal and spiritual in addition to the medical and legal wishes that you want observed. It also helps you describe what good care means to you, whether you are seriously ill or not. It allows your caregiver, family members, and medical staff to know exactly what you want and for your loved ones to speak clearly and confidently for you if or when you are not able.
Class topics include: Selecting your Healthcare Agent, End of Life Care Options, Grief and Bereavement, Disposition Decisions, Burial Options, Your Legal Legacy, Service Planning and more.
