Temple of the Refrigerator: Talks with the Food Gods
Many of us struggle with weight and health. Our assumptions about “what food is” affects the solution. What if foods were looked at as incarnations of living spiritual Presences? Any unhealthy relationship we have with food and eating is actually a neglected relationship with spiritual Beings. As whacky as it sounds, this class will make us spiritually literate, able to dialogue with the divine Beings resident in the Temple of our Refrigerators. Our struggle is not with food, but with spiritual insight resident in every bite. "Taste and see that the Lord is good!"
